Terms & Conditions
By booking a place with Shaun Williams Football School, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Liability
Shaun Williams Football School and its staff take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for all participants.
Parents/guardians acknowledge that football and physical activity involve an element of risk. Shaun Williams Football School will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
2. Behaviour Policy
Shaun Williams Football School is committed to providing a positive, respectful and safe environment for all children.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session, or terminate their membership, where they are found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
In serious cases, membership may be terminated without a refund.
3. Safeguarding
Shaun Williams Football School is committed to providing a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all children.
- All staff are expected to uphold high standards of conduct and professionalism at all times.
- Any safeguarding concerns will be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.
- We operate a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, discrimination or abuse of any kind.

4. Medical Information
All medical conditions, allergies, injuries and other relevant medical information must be declared at the time of registration.
Parents/guardians must inform Shaun Williams Football School immediately of any changes to their child’s medical information.

Parents/guardians should ensure that their child is fit and able to participate in football sessions.
5. Photography & Marketing
From time to time, Shaun Williams Football School may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed for marketing or promotional purposes, you must notify us at the time of registration.
Any changes to your preference must be provided to us in writing by email or phone.
6. Membership & Payment
Football Fridays operates on a monthly Football School Membership.
Membership is £40 per month, with payments taken automatically on the 1st of each month from September to July.
Memberships purchased after the 1st of the month:
If a membership is purchased after the 1st of the month, the £40 membership fee for that month must be paid separately. Automatic monthly payments will then commence from the 1st of the following month.
There is no membership payment in August.
Membership provides access to the scheduled Football Fridays sessions included within the season.
A child’s place is secured for the season while the membership remains active.
7. Sibling Discount
Where more than one child from the same family is registered, a £5 per month discount applies to each additional child.
The sibling discount applies to active memberships and may be subject to the booking/payment system’s applicable terms.
8. Cancellation
Membership can be cancelled at any time by providing at least 4 weeks’ notice.
Notice should be provided by contacting Shaun Williams Football School directly.
Membership payments due during the notice period will remain payable.
9. Illness Policy
Children must not attend football sessions if they are unwell or have experienced symptoms of an infectious illness within the previous 48 hours, where applicable.
Parents/guardians should use their discretion and notify Shaun Williams Football School if their child is unable to attend due to illness.
10. Missed Sessions
Membership fees are based on the season and secure a child’s place within the Football Fridays programme.
We do not offer refunds or credits for sessions missed due to personal circumstances, holidays, appointments or other reasons unrelated to the Football School.
11. Session Cancellations
If a session is cancelled by Shaun Williams Football School due to adverse weather conditions, venue closure or other unforeseen circumstances, we will, where reasonably possible, offer either:
- A rescheduled make-up session; or
- A refund or credit for the cancelled session, where appropriate.
Parents/guardians will be notified of any session cancellation as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Changes to Sessions
Shaun Williams Football School reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session dates, times, coaches or venues where necessary.
We will provide parents/guardians with reasonable notice of any significant changes wherever possible.
13. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that:
- Their child arrives on time and is collected promptly after the session.
- All relevant medical information is provided and kept up to date.
- Their child has suitable clothing, footwear and equipment for the session.
- Any changes to contact details or emergency information are communicated to Shaun Williams Football School.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a child with Shaun Williams Football School and making payment, the parent/guardian confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Shaun Williams Football School reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Parents/guardians will be notified of any significant changes.
